The Melbourne Bach Choir is performing St John Passion in the Melbourne Recital Centre on Good Friday – 18 April 2025. Rehearsals are underway, led by Rick Prakhoff, Conductor.
We are excited to announce Christopher Hillier will sing the role of Jesus. Christopher joined the principal ensemble of Opera Australia in 2012 and has sung major operatic roles including his latest role of Sixtus Beckmesser in Melbourne Opera’s production of Die Meistersinger.
