The Melbourne Recital Centre announced last night that it will close its doors for four weeks from midnight 15 March.
Sadly this means that the MBC’s two Easter performances cannot go ahead.
This is deeply disappointing for all of us at the Melbourne Bach Choir, and we are particularly concerned at the effect this cancellation, and others,will be having on the wonderful singers and players who would have shared the concerts with us.
We deeply appreciate the loyalty of our friends and supporters and hope to be able to bring you beautiful music once again later in the year.
We will post details of refunds as soon as we have discussed this with the MRC.

The Melbourne Bach Choir, formed in 2005, draws on singers from Melbourne’s extensive choral community. The choir works to achieve fine choral performances and is committed to donating to community aid and charity organizations.

For online or phone purchases, please check your credit card account, as MRC is crediting your card automatically. If you paid via EFTPOS or cash the Box Office team will be in touch to assist you with your refund.
